Dear Patients:

 

Our dental practice is open! for all dental procedures. We wanted to let you know the added precautions we have put in place at the office.

 

1. Screening for Covid 19 for all patients, doctors, and staff at every appointment

2. Touch free check in/check out

3. Social distancing patient flow paths through the office

4. Air filtration units in every treatment room

5. Use of a fogger with HOCL solution to disinfect the air after every patient

6. Limiting of aerosol producing procedures when possible

7. Use of secondary vacuum to suction up aerosols when warranted 

 

To enact these precautions we are changing how we do things.

1. We will be using electronic forms wherever possible

2. We ask that you text us once you are near the office for your appointment. We will then text you back that we know you are here and that we will notify you when your room is prepared.

3. We need you to wear a mask to enter the office building. Once in front of our office door, we will confirm your response to our Covid screening questionnaire you completed by text. Then, we will scan your forehead for your temperature and give you hand sanitizer to disinfect your hands. Please keep your mask on until directed otherwise.

4. You will then be taken to your chair. You will be given a 1.5% Hydrogen Peroxide rinse to gargle with for 30 seconds. Then please wear your mask while waiting for the doctor.

5. At the end of your appointment, you will wear your mask while still in the chair. Your next appointment will be made and any payments will be collected.
